Lettings Associate BTR

Location: Multiple sites between Maidstone & Margate

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + EV car + bonus + benefits

Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

The Role

As a Lettings Associate, you will act as the face of the business across your designated region, managing the full resident journey from initial viewing through to move-out.

This is a field-based role combining elements of lettings, property management, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience across the full resident journey, from viewings through to move-out
  • Conduct property viewings, move-ins, move-outs, and mid-term inspections
  • Monitor property condition, report issues, and ensure maintenance works are completed to standard
  • Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent), and system updates
  • Act as the on-the-ground representative, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Support health & safety standards across developments

About You

  • Previous experience within residential lettings, property management, or inspections
  • Passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage your own schedule
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence (essential), residing in a property appropriate for EV charger installation (free)
